Scott is a human resources executive with more than 20 years of extensive experience in global companies. Prior to Scott's current role as Chief Human Resources Officer at Kimberly Clark, he was the SVP, Talent Management at McKesson Corporation where with a staff of 60, he managed all aspects of enterprise-wide talent management including leadership development, organizational effectiveness, the McKesson Center for Learning, Talent Acquisition, HR Strategy/Operations and executive HR matters for Company Presidents. Prior to this, Scott was the SVP, Human Resources of the Mckesson - US Pharmaceutical Division where he managed all aspects of HR for McKesson's $95B pharmaceutical distribution, packaging, and generic drugs division supporting 8000 employees in addition to retaining responsibility for my enterprise role described below. Scott was also the former Chief Learning Officer of AT&T.
